1.) What Is Your Normal Shipping Time?

Unless our customer has placed an order for a customized candy bouquet, we usually try to ship out our bouquets within 2 days after payment has been processed and cleared.

Please note:
Once your order leaves our facility we are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times. We use reputable delivery companies but delays  can and do occur.

We make no guarantee on delivery dates unless you order Express Mail. Failure for a package to arrive on the guaranteed delivery date will result in a full refund of Shipping Fees By the Postal Delivery Carrier. Also shipping can be delayed if you pay by credit card. Our processor takes 3 days to fully process credit cards so there will be a slight delay in shipping. If you pay by credit card via paypal, your order can be shipped the next business day.

 

2.) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Checks  (clear within 10 to 14 days)

Paypal (credit cards, paypal balance, echeck)

3.) Is Your Site Secure?

Yes it is. We have a method that sends your information to a secure server where it holds your information until we access it on their site.

 

4.) Do You Insulate Your Candy Bouquets?

We insulate our bouquets from May 1st through October 1st.
